Fat Tuesday. Mardi Gras. These things are going on today. If you’re Polish (or just like tasty pastries), pick yourself up a paczki and enjoy it while it lasts. I already had one last week, but will naturally indulge again because they’re so good. Also because I’m Polish, but that’s neither here nor there. If you’re in New Orleans, I hope you’re having a lot of fun (but not TOO much fun if you know what I mean).
